Project Overview
As one of the pioneering designers, I developed the dashboard, parent app, and driver app, focusing on safety, clarity, and trust. By conducting participatory research with families and drivers, I established an accessible information architecture and designed clear trip-tracking flows, real-time notifications, and emergency features. Iterative usability testing, I delivered pixel-perfect prototypes that balanced feature richness with a friendly, approachable interface—setting the standard for child-centric mobility solutions.
